“Blithe Spirit” opens this month at CPAC
Socialite and novelist Charles Condomine was only hoping to gather material for his next book when he invited eccentric medium and clairvoyant Madame Arcati into his quiet country home. He had no idea the seance would result in his being haunted by the ghost of his annoying and temperamental first wife, Elvira.
She believes life in the spirit would would be much more entertaining for her if she can get Charles into a car accident and make a ghost of him. As fate would have it, his second wife is the who takes the fatal automobile ride, only to return with Elvia to plague the bewildered Charles.
How will he ever extricate himself from these blithe spirits?
