~ Join the Gary Johnson Quintet, with special guest artists Greg Hester and Vernelle Anders, for a Holiday Party from 5 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 16, at Ruth McGowan’s Brewpub, 131 E. First St.  No cover charge.  894-9610.

~ Starting at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 17, watch the New York Jets take on the Tennessee Titans at Tennessee during Monday Night Football on one of the three big screen TVs in the Vino di Amore Wine Tasting Lounge, 105 N. Cloverdale Boulevard. Wine is available for purchase by the glass or the bottle, as well as water, coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages. No cover charge.  894-6166.

~ A Caregiver Coaching Class, led by Janet Seaforth and Barbara Seamans, for those who want to be quality homecare provders, will take place from 9 to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 20 at the Cloverdale Senior Center, 311 N. Main Street. Requested donation is $25. 894-4826.

~ Bruce Halbohm will entertain diners from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 20 at Piacere Ristorante Italiano, 504 N. Cloverdale Boulevard. No cover.  894-0885.

~ Holiday Blues, a free drop-in grief support group for those dealing with the loss of a loved one who would like additional support getting through the holidays, will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 20 at the Cloverdale Senior Center, 311 N. Main St.  Hosted by Memorial Hospice/North County Hospice, this program is offered free of charge. Individual, child and family grief support is also available. ~ Creative ReStore (formerly Crafter’s Boutique) is now open from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. every Friday and Saturday at the Cloverdale Senior Center, 311 N. Main St.  Donated fabric, yarn, patterns, thread, buttons, craft kits and other supplies are offered for sale to the community at rock bottom prices during this weekly fundraiser for the Senior Center.  894-4826.

~ Celebrate the holidays and enjoy some traditional songs of the season with the A’Capella voices of The Tangents from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 21 in the Vino di Amore Tasting Room, 105 N. Cloverdale Blvd.  Wine and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. No cover charge. 894-6166.

~ CopperMill will take the stage from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 22 at Ruth McGowan’s Brewpub, 131 E. First Street. They will perform top-of-the-charts country music from the last three decades, from ballads to Rockers, with tight instrumental arrangements and warm vocal harmonies. No cover charge. 894-9610.
