~ Local artist Susanna Kaplan is offering a Fused Glass Jewelry Workshop from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 11 at the Towers Gallery, 240 N. ~ A Veterans Day ceremony, hosted jointly by the American Legion and VFW, will begin at 7 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 11, at the Cloverdale Veterans Building, corner of 1st and Commercial Streets. The Healdsburg Community Band, under the direction of Lew Sbrana, will also perform a number of patriotic songs and other selections. Everyone is welcome.
~ Starting at 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 12, watch the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Pittsburg Steelers at Pittsburg during Monday Night Football on one of the three big screen TV’s in the Vino di Amore Wine Tasting Lounge, 105 N. ~ “Wells Fargo & the Mystery of Black Bart” will be presented by the Cloverdale Historical Society from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 13 at the Cloverdale Performing Arts Center, 209 N. ~ A next free workshop in the series entitled “Building a Better Business” will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15. Presented by CAFÉ (Cloverdale Alliance for Financial Education), the series is designed to help those wanting to start a business by taking them through the basic elements of successful business ownership, including how to write a business plan.
