Fitness Boot Camp in Cloverdale
Tanya Alexander, a certified Martial Arts instructor, is offering a Fitness Boot Camp three days a week at Evolve Fitness, 124 S. Cloverdale Blvd., Suite 134, above Antiques & Uniques.
These energizing 45-minute martial arts-based workouts alternate between core, flexibility training, cardio and strength training, and according to Alexander, are a great way to get in shape or cross train.
Classes, which are open to both men and women, are offered Wednesday and Friday mornings at 5:15 a.m. and again at 6:30 p.m. on Mondays. Each class is just $10 and participants can pay as they go. There are no sign up fees, no membership dues, and no contracts to sign.
Boot Camp participants should wear loose clothing with hair tied securely back and no jewelry. Bring water.
